Ethnically inclusive climates change adaptation strategies

Climate change adaptation strategies need to be ethnically inclusive and cognisant of an upward trend what proportion of the population are migrants and refugees. It is highly likely that genetic adaptation and acclimatization could play a role in differences emerging between cultural groups.
