Language adaptations of the Municipality of Florence leaflets concerning disaster rules of conduct

To increase the degree of dissemination of good practices to be taken in the event of disasters and/or emergencies, the Civil Protection Service of the Municipality of Florence leaflets concerning the rules of conduct to be adopted in case of an earthquake, flood, snow/ice conditions and heat wave are being translated into 9 different languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, German and Japanese) in order to reach the many foreigners (of different ethnic groups - both residents and tourists) located on the territory under its jurisdiction.
