LastQuake app made improvements based on feedback and best practices

Based on the 2015 Nepal earthquake experience and users' feedbacks, EMSC (Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Centre) identified two best practices to implement in LastQuake: post-earthquake safety tips and a safety check feature. Because it is used in 191 countries and by a diversity of actors, LastQuake must stick to a high level of cultural neutrality.
